Maid In Manhattan (E4, 8pm)
Jennifer Lopez is at her sugary-sweet rom com best as a maid in a posh New York hotel who meets and falls in love with Ralph Fiennes’ politician. But he doesn’t realise she’s a maid! Ah! How will they ever work things out?!
Ted (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)
Seth MacFarlane directs and lends his voice to this foul-mouthed comedy about a man (Mark Wahlberg) who gets his childhood wish when his teddy bear comes alive. Only he’s not as cuddly as he’d like him to be. #ted
Everyone’s talking about: The Muppets

The new, modern series of the classic show (for which Ms Piggy and Kermit have been broken up) started on US channel ABC last night to terrible reviews - it’s been given a “sexy, cynical” new feel, says Jonathan Bernstein of the Telegraph, who calls it a “tone-deaf disaster”. Don’t ruin our childhoods by watching it, then?
